Our Pricing Model

This model is for small or family businesses. The objective is to balance affordability for our clients with sustainability for our business.
The options below are solely for demonstration, to show how innovative we can get with partners.

Early-Stage
  • Small businesses can start with a lower-cost tier and scale up as they grow. For example, a Basic tier will include essential services, while Premium offers advanced features like personalised advisory or priority support.

  • Revenue-Based Pricing. This option charges a percentage of the client’s revenue or profits instead of a fixed fee. For example, a 2-5% revenue share for the first year, with the option to transition to a fixed fee as you grow.

  • Community or Group Pricing. We offer discounted rates for small businesses that join as a group or community.

  • Pay-What-You-Can. We will allow certain small businesses to pay what they can within a suggested range.

Mid-Stage
Later-Stage
  • Subscription-based model (monthly). For example, a $99/month subscription for access to templates, tools, and two hours of advisory work.

  • Outcomes-Based pricing. We charge based on the results or outcomes we deliver (e.g., increased revenue, cost savings, or improved efficiency). This could be a base fee + a performance bonus tied to achieving specific indicators.

  • Bundled-services with fixed pricing. We will create pre-packaged service bundles tailored to common small business needs. For example, a "Business Essentials" bundle including strategy development, operational setup, and branding for a flat fee.

  • Flexible hourly or Project-Based Pricing. We can offer hourly rates or project-based pricing with clear deliverables and timelines. For example, $150/hour for advisory work or $5,000 for a complete business growth strategy project.
