From a Factory to a Company

Established in 1964, we partnered with a family-owned textile factory in El-Mahalla El-Kubra, employing 500-1,000 staff, as it transitions to the next generation. Our work focuses on building strong foundational pillars, including strategy development, organisational restructuring, operational effectiveness, and risk management. By modernising their approach and embedding robust systems, we are helping transform the business into a resilient, forward-thinking organisation poised for sustainable growth.

Small businesses and start-ups

We partnered with small, women-owned businesses in the creative industry through tailored business advisory services. From refining business strategies to overcoming operational challenges, we help these entrepreneurs turn their visions into thriving, sustainable enterprises. Our goal is to empower creativity with the tools and insights needed for long-term success.

Political Advisory and Advocacy

We partnered with international organisations focused on critical environmental issues—climate action, sustainable farming, and renewable energy. Our role included providing political advisory and advocacy support across countries in Africa and West Asia. By navigating complex regulatory landscapes and fostering stakeholder collaboration, we helped advance policies and initiatives that promote environmental sustainability and resilience.
